~Parties are tough....there is so much wonderful tasting food...most of it very unhealthy for us...but boy, does it take a lot of self-discipline! Wouldn't miss this party for the world, though! Our cousins, John and Kim's little girl Maggie turned 8 on the same day that Ronnie turned 7. Please keep Kim in your prayers! She is on high doses of chemo for a rare autoimmune disease...and after just speaking with her...in spite of the high doses...she is still having a flareup right now. Thank you for your prayers! Have a blessed day! ~Sue~

Your menu sounds awesome. We love smoothies around here, but in the winter I tend to rely on hot cereal and soup more often!
From your earlier post- I love Taste of home cookbooks. I have several and have a couple for the girl's hopechests. I seem to be able to convert many of the recipes to healthier versions without too many problems.
I am craving cake like crazy (and I normaly don't like cake at all!) so we have had an unhealthy large dose of cake lately! I figure at least it's all homemade without the chemicals in processed food! I always cling to that idea when I know I'm using too much white flour/ white sugar! :)
Have a good week.
